April is National Literacy Month, a time to celebrate the power of reading and education. Literacy is essential for empowering women, opening doors to greater opportunities in health, economic independence, and leadership. When women have strong literacy skills, entire communities benefit and thrive.

Complete an Event and Sales Request

 Interested in hosting an event and supporting the Education Foundation? Need a 501c3 co-host organization? Consider, submitting an events and sales request. 

*All events and product sales where a proceed of sales goes back to the SLGEF requires pre-approval prior to the event or sale. 

Please fill out this form one week before your event or sales date for review and approval by the SLGEF Board of Trustees.

WAYS TO FINANCIALLY SUPPORT

THE EDUCATION FOUNDATION

1. Employer Match programs for non-profits will multiply your donations.

  • Contact your employer to learn about their non-profit match programs.

  • Complete our Employer Match Information form.

  • Donate to the SLGEF.

  • Submit your donation receipt to your Employer Match Program.

  • We will receive a check or electronic payment directly from your employer. 

2. Donate to one of our quarterly campaigns or via our Everyday Giving Page.  

3. Host a fundraiser. Start by submitting an Event & Sales Request.

4. Supporting XVida. SLG member owned and operated apparel company, XVida will donate 5% of all annual sales to us! Shop XVida, here.
