TRUSTEES

Trustees are stewards who act on behalf of a foundation’s constituents, including founders, members, and donors. The Board has the principal responsibility for fulfillment of the Foundation’s mission and the legal accountability for its operations. As a group, they are in charge of establishing a clear mission, forming the strategic plan to accomplish the mission, overseeing and evaluating the plan’s success, ensuring financial solvency of the organization, interpreting and representing the foundation, and instituting a fair system of policies and procedures for trustees as applicable to foundation operations.

Sharazazi Dyson

Dr. Shara Dyson earned a B.S. in Business Management from DePaul University. There she became an initiated member in the Gamma Alpha chapter in the Spring of 2013.
Dr. Dyson also has an M.Ed. in Counseling and her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision.

Felicia Anzaldua

Felicia graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri. There she became an initiated member of the Beta Beta Chapter in the Spring of 2005.
Felicia also has an MBA in Financial Management.

Andrea earned a B.S. in Accountancy and Finance from DePaul University. There she became an initiate of the Gamma Alpha chapter in the Spring of 2009.

Shannon Roussy-Sanchez

Shannon graduated with a BS in Healthcare Administration and Policy, and is an initiate of the Tau Delta Chapter, Spring 2013. Shannon also has a Masters in Public Health and is an Immunizations Epidemiologist in Fort Worth, TX

Kaylin Majeran

Kaylin graduated with a BS in Business Management and an entrepreneurship certificate at Robert Morris University. There she was a chapter founder and became an initiate at the Robert Morris University Associate Chapter.

Samantha earned a B.S. in Business Marketing with a concentration in Digital Marketing from DePaul University. There she became an initiated member of the Gamma Alpha chapter in the Spring of 2017.

Avelyss Roman

Avelyss earned her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Creighton University in Omaha, NE. There she became an initiated member of the Tau Delta chapter in the Spring of 2015.
Avelyss also has her MSW from the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) and is currently pursuing her DSW at Tulane University.

Sheila Rea

Sheila Rea earned a B.S and M.S. in Health Administration with a certificate in Conflict Management and Mediation from Florida International University. There she became an initiated member of the Phi Gamma chapter in the Fall of 2018.

Cynthia Park

Attorney Cynthia Park earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice before pursuing her legal education and earning her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Law. In the Spring of 2025, she was initiated into the Delta Gamma Gamma Graduate Chapter.

Lauren graduated with a BAA in Advertising and Art and is currently pursuing her MBA in Marketing at Central Michigan University. There she became a Fall 2022 initiate of the Epsilon Chapter.
